Templates → Evaluations → Import
In your Kipu, as a Super Admin: Templates, the Evaluations tab, the Import button, choose the file, confirm. It arrives disabled so nothing goes live by accident.

Set the tab, enable, done
Open it with the Edit icon, pick the chart tab and signature roles your program uses, click Update, turn Enabled on. We never need access to your Kipu.
Import is a Kipu Super Admin function. One purchase covers one organization, every instance it administers. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Kipu Health.
Good to know
The import file is produced by Kipu’s own Export feature, so it loads exactly as built: every item, option, conditional and layout rule.
